Stephen is Founder and managing partner of Talbott Investments, LLC and is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with investors, financial lenders, real estate professionals, and community officials while identifying new acquisitions within targeted markets alongside establishing the capital improvement programs for each asset. Stephen, a licensed professional engineer, has been employed in the manufacturing and engineering industry (Automotive, medical and aerospace) for 20+ years.

Today, as an entrepreneur, with 10 years of real estate experience, he has successfully acquired and managed single-family assets, partnered on several multi-family apartment communities and hotels, self-storage properties and RV parks in LP, JV, and co-GP roles. His other passion's are his family, fitness, and travel.

Mike Ealy
