Butterworth Studios offers non-residential spaces designed for creative, professional, or storage use. Many tenants use them as art studios, design or photography spaces, small offices, workshops, or podcast and music studios, while others simply use them for secure storage. The spaces are not zoned or equipped for residential living.
Leases typically start at 12 months and automatically renew month-to-month unless either party provides 90 days’ notice to end or adjust the agreement. Shorter-term arrangements may occasionally be available depending on availability and intended use.
